  • Transformation!  What a difference we are seeing!  Let’s schedule another visit so you can see the positive impact you’ve had on our place!  All the dust collecting silk flowers and clutter have been removed, giving the place a more open and inviting look. The new ceiling lights add a distinctive note, and the new furniture you recommended makes it clear that we’re not just collectors of old mis-matched chairs from rummage sales!  Our slightly expanded staff now has more time to welcome our guests, and to be sure they are served promptly.  It is too soon to tell if these improvements will draw in more customers, but the other advice you provided – on better ways to match our expenses to our income –  is sure to help us make a profit!  You can give my name as a reference to anyone who is looking to nudge a food-service operation from a marginal level to one that is really profitable!
